Ultra violet Flame Scanners

The Fireye Simplicity™ 65UV5 self-checking scanners are used to detect ultraviolet emissions from fossil fuel flames such as natural gas, coke oven gas, propane, methane, butane, kerosene, light petroleum distillates and diesel fuels.

Dual UV & IR Flame Scanners

The Fireye InSight® II Type 95DSS3 flame scanners are microprocessor-based flame scanners utilizing solid-state infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) sensors. The Fireye InSight II flame scanners incorporate two internal flame relays with adjustable ON/OFF thresholds and two 4-20 mA analog outputs, thereby eliminating the need for a remote flame amplifier.

The Fireye InSight II scanners are powered by 24 VDC and have electronic self-checking. Model 95DSS3-1 has one 8-pin and one 12-pin electrical cable quick disconnect. Models 95DSS3-1CEX and -1WICEX have internal terminal blocks for cable connection. The scanners have either an attached Keypad & VFD display or an infrared transmitter for a remote handheld keypad/display.

Oil And Gas industry Application products

Fireye’s ultraviolet flame scanners (UV), infra-red flame scanners (IR) and dual sensor flame scanners (UV & IR) are all suitable for oil refining applications flame scanning applications. Wherever located within the oil refining process integrated flame scanners can detect ultraviolet flames and infra-red flames. Fireye flames scanners also have excellent main flame discrimination.

Fireye also offer a range of gas pilots suitable for oil refineries along with high energy spark igniters (HESI). Our oil refinery igniters are capable of direct ignition of oil flames and direct ignition of gas flames. Fireye also offers a range of burner controls, flame safeguards and burner efficiency controls suitable for oil refining combustion management.

Dairy Application Products

Fireye has a range of products suitable for your dairy process. These include dairy burner controls, dairy flame safeguard and dairy burner efficiency controls for combustion management. All Fireye burner control and flame safeguards are compatible with range of ultraviolet flame scanners (UV), infra-red flame scanners (IR), and flame rods. Fireye dairy burner efficiency controls are also compatible with our FX servomotors for improved gas valve and air valve control. There is also an option for oxygen trim (O2) for even further dairy combustion efficiency improvements. The oxygen sensor is also available separately from the dairy efficiency controllers as per of Fireye combustion monitor package.

Boiler Application on products

Fireye a range of products suitable for your industrial boiler or commercial boilers These include our boiler burner controls, boiler flame safeguard and boiler efficiency controls for combustion management. All Fireye burner controls and flame safeguards are compatible with our range of ultraviolet flame scanners (UV), infra-red flame scanners (IR), and flame rods.

Our industrial boiler and commercial boiler efficiency controls are also compatible with our FX servo motors for improved gas valve and air valve control. There is also an option for oxygen trim (O2) for even further boiler combustion efficiency improvements. The oxygen sensor is also available separately from the boiler efficiency controllers as per of our combustion monitor package
