The Fireye YZ300 Interlock Annunciator Module provides increased interlock supervision capability of the BurnerLogix System.


All interlock messages can be programmed using the YZ300P. The Interlock Annunciator Module connects to any YB110 or ZB110 BurnerLogix chassis/amplifier by means of a cable. (P/N ED580-4, ED580-8). A separate wiring base is required.

MB Series



The Fireye MB SERIES has been engineered to meet the operational, safety and reliability requirements demanded by the industrial process heat market. It is a fully integrated control, complete with all functions built into one module, offering the opportunity to greatly reduce cost and space requirements normally required by other non-integrated systems.

The Fireye Multi-Burner Monitoring System controls the start-up sequence and monitors the flames from 2 up to 20 individual gas, oil, or combination gas/oil burners connected to a common valve train and is UL, CSA and FM approved.
The Fireye Multi-Burner Monitoring System consists of the main control system, MB-600S, plug-in flame sensor modules, MB-600PF that can sense UV, UV self- check and/or flame rod. The Nexus Integrated Controller is a microprocessor based flame safeguard and parallel positioning combustion control built into one compact, user configurable package.
The flame safeguard portion of the control provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition timing, and flame monitoring protection on automatically ignited oil, gas,

and combination fuel burners using infra-red, ultra-violet, or ultra-violet self checking scanners. Control of up to four channels (2 air, 2 fuel) using independent servo-motors allows precise positioning, accurate to 0.1º. A vacuum florescent display and keypad allows for commissioning of the system and provides a full English language description of both current and stored information concerning the burner.

The PPC 5000 is an electronic fuel/air ratio controller for industrial burners firing gaseous and/or liquid fuels.
The PPC5000 is designed to operate with an existing flame safeguard control system. It offers all of the parallel position functions of the Nexus control, minus the flame safeguard control function.
